Description
The Sber team invites master's degree students to complete an internship in the Real Estate Financing Department! We daily review projects for the construction of residential buildings, apartments under Federal Law No. 214 with escrow accounts, as well as commercial real estate construction.
Responsibilities
Tasks:
- conduct analysis of the borrower's financial condition and investment projects of the borrower / group
- build a financial model for the loan term with in-depth analysis of the underlying assumptions
- analyze credit risks and identify ways to minimize them
- interact with bank departments within the application process.
Requirements
If you are:
- a master's student specializing in economics / finance
- ready to dedicate 40 hours per week to the internship
- demonstrate high academic performance
- know the fundamentals of corporate financial analysis
- have experience building financial models
- can find non-standard solutions in complex situations and work with large volumes of information
- are ready to use AI in daily work (company-funded training — we have our own courses).
