FP Markets Group of Companies is a well-established multi-regulated broker, founded in Australia, offering traders access to CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. We are growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Global CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager (remote).
This role owns everything we say to a client between the moment they first raise their hand and the moment they place their first trade. You will design, build, send and continuously improve every automated and campaign communication across four funnel stages — Lead, Registration, First Time Deposit and First Time Trade — using email and WhatsApp, built and run in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
This is a hands-on build-and-send role rather than a strategy role: you will have the support of content, creative and analytics teams, but the journeys are yours to build, and each stage carries a conversion rate that is yours to move.
