Our team ensures the uninterrupted operation of the company's services — so that everyone has enough computing power, memory, disk space, and database resources. You will help us build dashboards to visualize consumption metrics and improve resource utilization efficiency.

The Service Resource Planning and Management team ensures the uninterrupted operation and development of all company services. The main task is to guarantee that every product always has enough computing power, memory, disk space, and database resources. To achieve this, we establish long-term planning processes, manage quotas, and develop tools that help teams accurately assess their needs and effectively use the provided resources.

We act as a liaison between development and operations teams and resource providers. Our activities bring together the needs of services and the capabilities of the infrastructure: from collecting statistics to forming orders for new equipment purchases. We are constantly working on optimization, implementing new processes, and participating in large integration projects, helping Yandex to scale.
