Junior NLP, CV at Fresh Auto dealership network, 150-250 thousand rubles/month net

Looking for a Junior ML Engineer to join my team!

We are a new AI laboratory, created in collaboration with Fresh Auto (one of the largest dealership networks).

Our global goal is to create a powerful unified AI core that will fully digitize and automate the operational processes of car dealerships.

We are currently assembling a team to implement AI in all stages of the client contact funnel: from the first interaction in a chat to in-person sales at the dealership. We are working on an international project: starting with implementation in dealerships in the Russian Federation with prospects for expansion into the CIS, MENA, and Asia.

What we do: • AI agents for classifieds and calls. Bots that communicate with clients, schedule appointments, search for cars for buyback, and automatically manage CRM.

• AI Native Dealer CRM. Digitization of offline sales. A client comes to the dealership, and the manager interacts with them via a special smart badge. The system transcribes the dialogue in real-time, summarizes it in the CRM, and dictates prompts to the manager via an earpiece during the meeting.

Your upcoming tasks: • participate in the development of ML solution architecture for client tasks (CV, NLP, LLM) • assist in LLM experiments: implement basic prompting techniques, evaluate results • switch between different projects, readiness to work in a proof-of-concept format

What we expect from the candidate: • "Code brain" vibe • Proficiency in Python • Experience with frameworks for creating AI agents • Understanding of STT model operation and experience with audio/text processing

Will be a plus: • Experience with streaming audio, understanding of IoT/hardware, and basic CV knowledge

What we offer: • Salary: up to 250,000 rubles net • This is a startup within a large business. Direct work with founders • We are opening a legal entity in Almaty. We will implement our solution in dealerships in the CIS, UAE, and Asia • Primarily office-based work. You will need to hustle. Our goal is to conquer the global autoritail market
