Hi! I'm looking for a Strong Senior AI Researcher for the AI incubator team of a large retailer. We will be creating cool PoCs, agents, and implementing LLMs into real business processes.

💰 Salary: 260-300 K RUB/month ⏰ Schedule: MSK ± 2, fully remote 😎 Citizenship/Location: Russia only 🤖 Project until the end of the year + possible extension. 📃 Employment: via individual entrepreneur contract

Who are we looking for? We need a hands-on practitioner who will cover the agent architecture and bring models to production: 🛠 ML & Data: Python (pandas/polars, sklearn, PyTorch), advanced SQL. Experience with time series / recommendations / NLP (one of the pillars). 🤖 GenAI & Agents: Context management, Tool Calling, Human-in-the-Loop. Fine-tuning (LoRA/PEFT). LLM evaluation (Evals) and combating hallucinations. 📦 Production & Infra: Airflow, MLflow, Kafka, K8s, GPU optimization, monitoring (Grafana/Prometheus). Writing production-ready code (tests, docs, GitFlow). 🔒 Security: Protection against prompt injection, PII audit, working with privacy.
