Marketing Growth Manager / PMM
Role Mission
Transform ideas, funnels, and creative hypotheses into stable revenue growth, and build a growth strategy for each new application.
What's important for the role
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing / growth for mobile applications or subscription products (W2W/W2A)
- Strong expertise in creative strategies and funnel optimization (web and/or app)
- Confident work with metrics: CAC, ROAS, LTV, cohort analysis
- Ability to make data-driven decisions
- Strong communication skills and experience coordinating work between UA, Creative, Product, and Data teams
- Comfortable working at a fast pace, with constant tests and hypotheses
What you'll be doing
- Lead the growth direction at the intersection of performance marketing, creative, product, and analytics
- Develop and launch go-to-market strategies: ICP, offers, messaging, paywalls, onboarding, email communications, and W2W/W2A funnels
- Work with the UA team on media plans, test roadmaps, and key metrics (CAC, ROAS, payback, LTV)
- Collaborate with the Creative team to create and scale effective creative approaches, scenarios, and concepts
- Interact with Tech & Data teams to improve tracking, automation, analytics, and dashboard systems
- Formulate clear growth priorities: what to scale, what to turn off, and which hypotheses to test next
Probationary period tasks
- Deep dive into the product, users, and key growth levers
- Take ownership of one of the key growth areas — from strategy to implementation
- Launch and analyze multiple funnel & creative experiments with a focus on core metrics and revenue targets
- Strengthen collaboration between Performance, Creative, Product, and Data teams to accelerate the testing and decision-making cycle
