An international payment company (PSP/FinTech) is looking for an experienced manager to lead the commercial department and participate in the development of the company's payment infrastructure. We are looking for someone who equally understands sales, Business Development, and the international payment market.

Responsibilities: • develop the company's commercial direction and scale sales; • attract new clients from FinTech, High-Risk, iGaming, Crypto, and other verticals; • build and develop partnerships with banks, PSPs, and crypto providers; • develop payment infrastructure and optimize payment architecture; • conduct negotiations with international partners; • manage the commercial team and set KPIs; • coordinate work with Product, Finance, Compliance, and IT.

We are looking for a candidate who: ✔️ has experience in PSP, FinTech, Acquiring, or Payment Processing; ✔️ has successfully built sales of payment products; ✔️ has experience connecting banks, PSPs, and payment methods; ✔️ has a good understanding of international payment infrastructure, AML, and Compliance; ✔️ is fluent in English.
