What you will do:

• Setting up and launching mass tactical and triggered campaigns in the CDP system (Adobe Campaign)
• Checking and modifying provided HTML layouts in the CDP system (replacing/inserting links, UTM tags, and dynamic parameters)
• Segmenting the client base for email and push campaigns based on specified parameters
• Communicating with related departments to coordinate activities
• Exporting communication metrics for email and push campaigns, as well as general database metrics in the designated format for further analysis and report preparation
• Analyzing communication metrics
• Collaborating with the team to develop hypotheses for A/B testing and analyze results
• Auditing key performance indicators for building effective communications

What experience is important:

• Solid understanding of email and push campaigns – setup, segmentation, testing, reporting processes
• Basic knowledge of HTML and SQL, and above basic knowledge of JS
• Experience working with Adobe Campaign
• English language proficiency from B1
• Attention to detail and nuances
• Analytical thinking
• Experience working with Emarsys, Mindbox, SAP CRM, etc. will be an advantage
