🔥 Senior System Analyst Developer for a New Generation CRM Development Project in Telecom
Grade: Senior
Rate: from 288K to 300K
Citizenship/Location: Russian Federation

📌 Mandatory requirements:
- Higher technical education.
- 5+ years of experience as a System Analyst.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum (Jira, Confluence).
- Fluent in UML, BPMN notations, knowledge of C4.
- Experience in designing logical data models, writing SQL queries.
- Understanding of microservice architecture (MSA) principles, integration technologies (REST,
GraphQL, message brokers).
- Practical experience with APIs (reading/writing OpenAPI specifications, understanding
JSON/XML, HTTP).
- Critically important soft skills: proactivity, systemic thinking, responsibility for
decisions, ability to clearly communicate complex ideas.
✅ Will be a plus:
- Experience in developing or modifying CRM systems.
- Experience with BPM platforms (Elma 365, Camunda, Appian or similar required).
- Understanding of ELMA 365 internal architecture.
- Experience in the telecommunications industry and/or B2B sales segment.
- Understanding of principles of working with MongoDB.
- Basic knowledge in DevOps (CI/CD, containerization)
