📍Limassol (Cyprus) / Belgrade (Serbia) / Remote

An investment fund, currently in the process of establishing its investment function, is seeking an Investment Manager to become a key team member. The role will be responsible for developing the investment strategy, asset valuation, deal structuring, and enhancing investment processes.

Responsibilities: — Develop and implement the fund's investment strategy. — Analyze markets, industries, and investment opportunities. — Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence for investment projects. — Structure deals and participate in negotiations. — Prepare investment memos and recommendations. — Support portfolio companies and facilitate their growth. — Enhance the fund's investment processes and infrastructure. — Oversee financial operations, NAV calculation, capital calls, and distributions. — Generate financial and management reporting. — Participate in building and developing the investment team.

We are looking for a candidate who: ✔️ Has experience in Venture Capital, Private Equity, Family Office, or investment funds. ✔️ Has participated in building investment processes from scratch. ✔️ Possesses practical experience in sourcing, evaluating, and managing investment deals. ✔️ Has a deep understanding of investment fund structures, NAV, capital calls, and distributions processes. ✔️ Is proficient in financial modeling, business valuation, and risk analysis. ✔️ Has experience working with international investment structures and multiple jurisdictions. ✔️ Has a B2 level of English or higher. ** Would be a plus: • Experience in iGaming.
