Customer Support Specialist

Salary:** $600–1,000 gross per month + bonuses 🏢 Company: CPTN Limited 💼 Grade: Specialist 🌍 Location: Worldwide (outside of Russia), preferably CIS/EU ⏰ Format: Full-time, remote work 🌙 Schedule: Evening and night shifts, London time

📌 Responsibilities:

• Communicate with Shopify merchants via live chat, email, and calls • Assist clients with app setup and technical issue resolution • Conduct product demos for new clients • Handle negative feedback and help restore customer trust • Gather customer feedback and feature requests for the product team • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams • Improve support workflows, templates, and self-service solutions

📋 Requirements:

• Good written English — B1+ • Strong communication skills • Proactiveness and independence • Ability to independently troubleshoot issues • Empathy and customer-oriented mindset • Willingness to work with AI tools • Ability to quickly learn new products and software • Reliability and independence in remote work

➕ Will be a plus:

• Experience in Customer Support, especially in SaaS or e-commerce • Experience in Sales or Account Management • Experience with Shopify • Knowledge of Intercom, Crisp, HelpScout, or Zendesk • Experience with Claude or MCP-based tools
