Business Analyst/Python (Business Process Automation)

Company: GOODPARTS PK Location: Saint Petersburg, RU

We are Goodparts, and our story began in 2023. It’s simple: we decided it was time to apply our 10 years of experience in the automotive market to a new field — auto parts. Previously, we were involved in external tuning and worked with Russian suppliers, but the departure of several brands from the market opened up new opportunities for us. We saw a chance to become those who not only sell what others produce but develop their own products with subsequent production at contract manufacturing sites.

Our values are quality. We don’t aim to be the cheapest because we know low price and decent quality are incompatible. We operate in the mid-price segment but offer more for the same money. More means better configuration, service, and warranty.

Our main sales channels are B2B and direct sales on marketplaces. This is another advantage that allows us to quickly receive product feedback, improving it from batch to batch.

We strive for quality. Do you share our values and want to see the results of your work without long bureaucratic chains? Then we are on the same path!

Our team is looking for a Business Analyst with Python experience for part-time business process automation.

What you will do:

• Automate internal business processes: scripts and small services for departmental tasks (procurement, marketing, analytics, warehouse).
• Work with APIs: Ozon Seller API, Wildberries, MoySklad, internal services.
• Parse data, collect and process, export, create reports and dashboards.
• Support and develop existing tools (auto-orders, auto-merging of product cards, price parser, mailings, auto-replies to reviews).
• Estimate task timelines, manage tasks in a tracker, deliver results to the department stakeholder.

You are a good fit if:

• You have Python skills at a level sufficient for writing scripts: working with REST API, data processing, CSV/Excel, database queries.
• You can independently read technical documentation (including in English) and understand third-party APIs without a mentor.
• You actively use AI in development (Claude, Cursor, and similar), but always verify the results: you understand that models can make mistakes and invent methods, and you know how to cross-reference their output with documentation.
• You bring tasks to actual use, not just to the state of “code written and forgotten”.

Will be an advantage:

• Experience working with marketplaces (Ozon, Wildberries) and their APIs.
• PostgreSQL, Docker, website parsing.
• Experience in e-commerce or auto parts.
• A GitHub profile with personal or work projects.

Conditions:

• Flexible work schedule (approximately 10-15 hours per week). It is important to be available from 9 AM to 6 PM MSK on weekdays.
• Payment during the probationary period (3 months) is piece-rate — afterwards, a transition to a fixed salary plus KPI. The rate per task will be agreed upon before the work begins.
• Remote format, we do not have an office.
• Employment under a civil law contract (GPH).

Selection stages for this position:

• Filling out a short questionnaire — you will receive a link after applying.
• Practical task.
• Online meeting.
• Project start.
