📌What is expected from the candidate?
- Experience in recruiting IT specialists from Junior to Senior/Lead level.
- Ability to conduct end-to-end recruitment and work with multiple teams/products simultaneously.
- Partnership approach to hiring managers and a desire to influence hiring processes.
- Interest in AI tools and modern recruitment approaches.
- Experience or desire to develop AI-assisted sourcing, automation, and recruitment analytics.
- Readiness to work in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changes.
📌What will you be doing?
- Conduct the full cycle of recruiting technical specialists (Backend, Frontend, Mobile, QA, DevOps, Data, etc.).
- Work with Aviata, Arbuz, Ticketon teams, and other ecosystem products.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and improve candidate experience.
- Use modern search tools: sourcing, talent mapping, automation, AI-assisted recruiting.
- Participate in the development of the recruitment function and the implementation of an AI Native approach within the team.
