Hello everyone! The team is looking for a skilled Project Manager who can optimize and set up processes within a rapidly growing marketing team.

📌Responsibilities:

Building a system for task and process management. Through reviewing all tools, organizing task tracking, and implementing KPI metrics. Managing tasks/launches from initiation to completion: task decomposition, defining owners and participants, work breakdown and timelines, progress monitoring. Reviewing departmental tools: auditing existing spreadsheets, services, and documents for duplication and non-use, removing unnecessary items, consolidation. Implementing and regularly collecting process speed metrics: request cycle time, project deadline deviations from plan, new employee onboarding time. Automating for measured metrics: identifying processes where manual labor causes the greatest losses. Maintaining a unified departmental knowledge base (Department Wiki) and consolidated reporting, including a global investor dashboard. Administrative functions: service access, subscriptions, corporate emails, SIM cards, payments.

📌Candidate Requirements:

Experience as a Project Manager / Operations Manager for 3+ years. Experience in building and optimizing processes: auditing the current system, identifying bottlenecks, developing and implementing new processes. Experience in change management — from problem definition and solution development to implementation and results evaluation. Experience with metrics: defining indicators, regular data collection and analysis, using metrics to improve processes. Strong project management skills: decomposition, planning, responsibility allocation, deadline and result control. Systematic approach, independence, and ownership: ability to independently identify problems, propose solutions, and bring changes to completion.
