Animal Care Specialist (Cat Sitter)

Kot Marriott Hotel is a chain of hotels created exclusively for cats.

Our mission is to care for every kitty, providing quality service with love, respect, and attention to detail. We believe that animals deserve the same level of comfort and care as humans.

We are looking for a cat sitter – not just an employee, but a person who shares our philosophy of cat care and is ready to become part of the project for the long term.

We want you to:

• Have a sincere love for animals and a desire to care for them every day
• Understand that a cat is not an "object of care," but a living guest for whom we are responsible
• Be able to work with routine tasks: maintain cleanliness, follow regulations and instructions
• Possess basic veterinary care skills (health monitoring, first aid, following prescriptions)
• Be ready to commit to the project long-term, rather than viewing this position as a temporary side job
• Come to your shift on time, without being late, and without shifting responsibility

Responsibilities:

• Cat care: feeding, monitoring, playing, adhering to individual owner recommendations
• Room cleaning and disinfection (morning and evening), maintaining order in the premises
• Guest check-in and check-out, room preparation
• Daily interaction with owners: photo and video reports, messages
• Work in the CRM system, processing bookings and invoices (we will train you)

Conditions:

• Schedule: 2/2, 12-hour working day (9:00–21:00)
• Training:
  • Stage 1: 4 shifts × 2,000 ₽
  • Stage 2: 10 shifts × 2,500 ₽ (training can be completed early - it's all in your hands)
• After completing training:
  • 3,500 ₽/shift
  • Monthly bonuses of 10,000–30,000 ₽
  • Reimbursement for the "Troika Ediny" travel card
• Final salary: from 66,000 to 86,000 ₽ per month (net)
• Location: 55k1 Dubininskaya St. (Paveletskaya metro branch), 30a Budennogo Avenue (Shosse Entuziastov branch)

What's important:

• Basic knowledge of cat physiology and animal psychology (signs of stress, reactions, vaccinations)
• We will show and teach you everything – the main thing is that you want to work and take care of kitties
