SMM Manager for the RusDog Charity Organization for Homeless Animals
The RusDog charity organization for homeless animals is looking for an SMM Manager to take over the organization's social media: not just content creation, but also strategic development of RusDog's media presence.

Plan and coordinate content:
- Develop and implement a content plan aligned with the organization's goals.
- Plan content in advance and prepare it at least a week ahead.

Work with facts and meaning:
- We are looking for someone with a journalistic approach to content. Someone who can notice details, ask questions, gather stories, sense emotional tone, and turn real events into powerful and honest content. It's important for the team to show the organization's activities in a documentary and lively way – without artificial drama and without "entertainment for the sake of reach."
Develop and analyze the direction:

Work within the team:

Conditions:
- 70,000 ₽ net salary.
- Partially remote work format: 2 visits per week to the shelter for filming and team collaboration (Thursday is mandatory, the second day is by agreement).
- Opportunity to combine with other employment.
- Onboarding, immersion in processes, and constant team support.
- Free additional training from the organization's partner educational platforms.
What's important to know:
