The Igra charitable foundation is looking for an SMM Lead with a strong aesthetic sense, an understanding of the internet, and the ability to discern why one post gets scrolled past while another is saved, shared with friends, and quoted.
They work with the themes of childhood disability, therapy, and quality of life, but want to talk about them not in the typical NGO language, but in a modern, lively, intelligent, and visually striking way.
What you will do:
- Conceptualize content that evokes emotion, engagement, and a desire to share.
- Discover unexpected formats, angles, tones, and visual solutions.
- Make the foundation's social media culturally significant, not just informative.
- Work with short videos, visual storytelling, meme culture, Reels mechanics, and native platform formats.
- Write short, precise, engaging texts without bureaucratic language or a "charitable" tone.
- Understand the difference between content that merely exists and content that spreads.
- Collaborate with designers, video creators, the foundation's team, and occasionally create quick visuals independently. Provide high-quality briefs and set tasks.
What is most important:
- Visual literacy and awareness.
- Taste.
- A feel for internet rhythm.
- The ability to see why content works or doesn't work.
- The capacity to generate ideas, not just execute them.
What you should be able to do:
- Create strong media assets for Telegram and other social networks.
- Work with video: master editing, pacing, and the dramaturgy of the first few seconds.
- Distinguish authentic content from шаблонный (template-based).
- Understand contemporary visual culture.
- Comprehend metrics for engagement and attention retention.
- Independently propose ideas and test hypotheses.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in media, brand media, creative agencies, lifestyle, or entertainment projects.
- Cases of content with high reach/saves/shares.
- A good understanding of Reels and Telegram culture.
- Irony, observational skills, and a lack of fear of experimentation.
What is definitely NOT important:
- A journalism degree.
- SMM course certificates.
- The ability to create "cards" using templates.
How your work will be evaluated:
- Saves, shares, and discussability of content.
- Growth in reach and engagement.
- The foundation developing its own recognizable voice.
- Content that people want to watch till the end and show to others.
Conditions:
- 100–180 thousand ₽ depending on experience level.
