- Build models and analytical frameworks to support initiatives in Product, Marketing, Platform, or Finance.
- Develop tools, datasets, and systems that empower others to work with data more effectively and rigorously.
- Own complex data projects end-to-end – from defining the problem to shipping a solution.
- Advocate for data quality, accessibility, and democratization across the organization.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Research, Sales, Marketing, or Finance teams to drive measurable outcomes.
We’d like to see you have
- 4+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related field.

- Experience with distributed data systems (e.g., Redshift, Snowflake, Presto, Hive, Spark).
- A strong understanding of statistical methods, experimentation, and/or forecasting.
- Experience working cross-functionally and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical partners.
- Experience supporting one or more of the following areas: Product, Marketing, Finance, internal Platform/Tooling teams.
It’s a plus if you have
- Proactivity and the ability to work in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
