Description

Applied Analytics Platform of the Risk Block is a solution that allows creating analytical data marts on the Data Cloud for various business areas such as:

• calculation of optimal collection strategies
• calculation of restructuring proposals
• calculation of credit risk components PD, LGD, EAD
• acceleration of RWA calculation
• the process of calibrating industrial models
• analytics for portfolio, collection, and fraud

We have over 120 data marts, 2000+ data loading pipelines, 1200 nodes, 40,000 cores, and 25+ petabytes of data.

Responsibilities

• formulating and controlling compliance with architectural standards for logical and physical data models

• developing logical and physical data models for DWH (MPP DBMS + Hadoop)

• organizing and optimizing the process of interaction with development teams and customers in the context of populating all architectural artifacts and controlling the quality of these artifacts

• analyzing existing DWH-level solutions to identify bottlenecks, propose optimizations and refactoring

• defining requirements for master data and master AS for sources of the central repository

• managing the process of handling architectural technical debt

• participating in the process of training mathematical models (controlling data sources for training)

• elaborating tasks at the solution architecture level (integration of AS with each other, technology selection, data flow design)

Requirements

• minimum 5 years of experience as an analyst/architect
• successful experience designing corporate data warehouses, preferably with large data volumes (100TB+) using MPP DBMS, ClickHouse, Hadoop technologies
• understanding of modern data storage and processing architectures (Kimball, Inmon, Data Vault, stream processing)
• experience documenting architecture and writing technical documentation
• ability and willingness to quickly delve into the subject area, research data structure and composition
• excellent knowledge of SQL and database theory
