Next Genium is looking for a Lawyer for the team

Next Genium is an indie game development studio. We are looking for a self-sufficient and responsible lawyer who will take over the legal support of the studio, work with contracts, and organize document flow.

Working conditions: • Part-time employment; • Fully remote format; • Flexible schedule (Moscow time); • Salary — 35,000 ₽.

What will you be doing? • Preparing, reviewing, and supporting contracts, NDAs, additional agreements, and acceptance certificates; • Managing document flow and controlling the document signing process; • Supporting contractual relations with contractors and counterparties; • Consulting the team on current legal issues; • Ensuring order in legal documentation and internal processes; • Participating in resolving legal issues related to the studio's activities.

What is important to us! • Legal education (completed or in progress); • Experience in independent work with contracts and legal documentation; • Knowledge of the fundamentals of civil and contract law; • Ability to solve problems independently and organize your work; • Attention to detail, responsibility, and a systematic approach; • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Google Docs.

Will be an advantage: • Experience in the IT or gaming industry; • Knowledge of English; • Understanding of intellectual property issues and experience with international contracts.
