SocialLead is a performance marketing service launched in December 2023. In two years, we have grown into a full-fledged digital product and become a partner to the largest Russian companies, including Yandex, Sravni, Ozon, Dixy, and others.
We connect advertisers with traffic owners — Telegram recruiter contact, mobile apps, websites, and bloggers — and create an ecosystem where brands achieve real targeted actions, and partners effectively monetize their audience.
We are currently looking for a Middle UI/UX Designer to participate in the development of the SocialLead application, work on the website, and create marketing materials.

What You Will Do
Product Design — Primary Focus
- Design and improve interfaces for the SocialLead mobile and web application.
- Conceptualize user scenarios and make the product more understandable, convenient, and consistent.
- Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final design mockups in Figma based on technical specifications.
- Participate in the development of product hypotheses in collaboration with the product manager and development team.
- Refine solutions based on user feedback, team input, and product analytics results according to technical specifications.
Marketing Design — Primary Focus
- Create advertising creatives for digital campaigns and social networks based on technical specifications.
- Develop visual materials for Telegram, MAX, and other platforms based on technical specifications.
- Design presentations, commercial proposals, case studies, and internal materials based on technical specifications.
Website Work — Minimal Focus
- Design new blocks, pages, and individual elements of the website based on prepared technical specifications.
- Adapt mockups for different resolutions and devices.
- Collaborate with the product manager on design implementation.
We Think You're a Good Fit If
- You have at least 6 months of experience as a UI/UX or Product Designer.
- You have a portfolio that you are willing to showcase.
- You are proficient in Figma: components, variants, Auto Layout, styles, prototyping.
- You understand the basic principles of UX/UI design, composition, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- You can not only create a beautiful mockup but also explain what user or business task it solves.
- You can independently organize your work, estimate timelines, and meet commitments.
- You pay close attention to detail and handle feedback calmly.
Will Be a Big Plus
- Experience working on product hypotheses and improving user scenarios.
- Experience designing mobile applications.
- Understanding of product metrics, user analytics, and A/B testing.
- Experience in developing or supporting design systems.
- Skills in conducting UX audits and user testing.
- Experience creating advertising creatives, presentations, and materials for social networks.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.

Selection Stages
- Call with the product manager. We'll get acquainted, discuss your experience, portfolio, and expectations, and tell you more about the product and team.
- Short practical task. We'll ask you to share your screen and complete a short task in Figma during the call. The task will take about 5 minutes.
- Offer. We'll discuss the final terms and invite you to the SocialLead team.
