Agrostream is a leading Kazakhstani FMS platform that has been helping the largest agricultural enterprises build transparent and manageable production over hundreds of thousands of hectares for 9 years. Vacancy Description: Responsibilities: — Conducting user, competitor, and process research (Discovery) — Forming product hypotheses, MVP, and Roadmap — Designing functionality: user stories, process diagrams, calculation logic, API requirements — Preparing detailed specifications for development teams (.NET, Python, AI) — Maintaining technical project documentation: logic, data structures, APIs, algorithms, user scenarios — Supporting the product's Confluence base: diagrams, integration schemes, scenarios, metrics — Collecting feedback, conducting focus groups, improving UX — Presenting solutions and reporting to the client — Analyzing data, maps, and reports at the level of understanding business logic Requirements: — Experience as a System Analyst / Business Analyst / Product Analyst for 2–3 years — Understanding of development requirements formation — Skills in designing interfaces and processes — Experience in writing technical documentation (technical specifications, specifications, regulations) — Experience documenting APIs, business logic, or integrations will be a plus — Experience with IT products, analytics, integrations, or AI tools is desirable — Analytical thinking and a structured approach — Desire to work on fast-growing technology projects — Willingness to immerse in the subject area of agricultural production
