Financial Business Partner (B2G) at CDEK
CDEK is looking for a Financial Business Partner (B2G).
The company is seeking a Financial Partner who will not just analyze numbers, but will become a true business partner — someone who shapes financial strategy, identifies growth drivers, and participates in key management decisions.
Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the commercial director in decision-making for the B2G direction.
- Controlling financial risks/losses for the B2G direction.
- Generating reports (P&L, unit economics, cash flow) for the B2G direction, budgets/forecasts. Supporting the planning process: communication with departments, informing about standards/limits for items, assessing plan dynamics versus actuals, collecting and analyzing comments on reasons for deviations. Budgetary control of expenses (preliminary and post-control) and contracts.
- Analyzing reports (P&L, unit economics, cash flow) for the B2G direction. Presenting work results, discussing performance dynamics and reasons for plan deviations with management.
- Controlling economic conditions during the preparation of tender documentation and signing of government contracts, supporting transactions, assessing risks.
- Developing financial models for tender agreements with state participation.
- Supporting B2G transactions and competitive procedures together with treasury: participating in the processing of bank guarantees, security deposits, etc.
- Participating in the automation of management accounting and budgeting.
Candidate requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Higher education in economics/finance.
- Experience working with the public sector (contracts with state participation under 44-FZ, 223-FZ) in an economist/lead economist position.
- Experience in building financial and investment models.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint. Knowledge of 1C and BIT.FINANCE will be an advantage.
- Understanding of budgeting principles, and Russian specifics of accounting for contracts with state participation.
