CDEK is looking for a Financial B2G Business Partner who will not just analyze numbers, but become a true business partner – someone who shapes the financial strategy, identifies growth drivers, and participates in key management decisions.
What you will do:
- Support the commercial director in decision-making for the B2G segment.
- Control financial risks/losses for the B2G segment.
- Prepare reports (P&L, unit economics, cash flow) for the B2G segment, budgets/forecasts. Support the planning process: communicate with departments, inform about standards/limits for line items, evaluate plan dynamics against actuals, collect and analyze comments on deviation reasons. Budgetary cost control (preliminary and post-control) and contract control.
- Analyze reports (P&L, unit economics, cash flow) for the B2G segment. Present work results, discuss performance dynamics and reasons for deviation from the plan with managers.
- Control economic conditions during the preparation of tender documentation and the signing of state contracts, support transactions, and assess risks.
- Develop financial models for state-participated tender contracts.
- Support B2G deals and competitive procedures together with treasury: participate in the оформление of bank guarantees, security payments, etc.
- Participate in the automation of management accounting and budgeting.
Candidate expectations:
- Have at least 3 years of experience with similar functions.
- Have higher economic/financial education.
- Have experience working with the public sector (contracts with state participation under 44-FZ, 223-FZ) as an economist or lead economist.
