The iPKERS tourist club is looking for a Guide / Instructor for water and hiking routes.
iPKERS is a tourist club that offers exciting hikes and rafting trips in Bashkiria and Russia. They strive to provide clients with unforgettable experiences of active recreation in nature. The goal is to make recreation accessible to everyone who loves nature and adventure.
Your tasks:
- Conducting water and hiking tours, providing instructions in the Republic of Bashkortostan and Chelyabinsk Oblast;
- Preparing and checking equipment before the tour;
- Ensuring safety, order on the route, and providing first aid if necessary;
- Interacting with the group, creating a friendly, positive team atmosphere;
- Maintaining reports and adhering to regulations.
Requirements:
- Having a diploma or certification will be an advantage; we also consider candidates without a diploma;
- Experience in tourism or active recreation;
- Knowledge of safety regulations and first aid basics;
- Physical endurance, leadership qualities, ability to handle objections, politeness, tact, stress resistance;
- Knowledge of the area where tours and rafting trips take place.
The company offers:
- Tours from 1 to 4 days;
- Payment: From 3,000 to 7,000 rubles per day, depending on the position and tasks;
Certified Chief Instructor for hiking or rafting with at least 2 years of experience:
- Payment: 7,000 rubles per day;
- Bonuses and rewards are paid;
