Active hiking and expedition tour operator Podnebesnye.ru is looking for a Guide-Instructor to work in the most picturesque corners of Russia.
What skills are needed:
- Experience in hiking and knowledge of routes in Altai, Ergaki, Baikal, or Podnebesnye Zubya
- Ability to work with a group and find an approach to different tourists is a big plus
- You love and respect tourists, no matter how different they are
- Readiness for physical exertion, as the guide carries more cargo, may be involved in transporting equipment, and purchasing food
- You like to cook. There is a recipe for the hike that will explain how to cook. But you should be good with it
- You are ready to work and be responsible for the result: the safety of tourists and the atmosphere in the group during the route
