Remote Vacancy.
Shcha Travel Agency invites a Travel Organizer to join the team.
Shcha Travel Agency creates travel experiences without tourist clichés. Event trips, corporate outings, private journeys with remote or in-person support. Travel for those who appreciate aesthetics, unique experiences, and do not compromise on comfort. The agency was conceived by Katya Klyonova-Bychkova, and all trips reflect her worldview – attentive to people and details.
The team consists of 6 girls who regularly have calls, give each other gifts, support each other, love to draw tarot cards when they don't know what to do, and use funny stickers and memes. Once a year, they organize expeditions across Russia, and bonuses can be received in the form of wish fulfillment.
They are looking for an organizer who will prepare and create individual trips, as well as develop corporate travel, project-based trips, and event trips for our guests across Russia and the world. Some from scratch, others building on existing developments and contacts. The goal is to make people happier through travel, so every team member must share this aspiration.
The team has the opportunity to expand their responsibilities, learn, try new things, and find a new role if you feel you have outgrown your current one.
Who is not a good fit?
The team places this section first because they consider it very important to explain what this vacancy entails and what it is not. You will not be able to work together if:
- You think that working on a travel project is like the show "Eagle and Tails." No, this is work where there is no golden card, but there are many interesting tasks and room for creativity.
- You have not traveled or do not travel. This is a remote job with occasional business trips, but it implies extensive travel experience and a passion for travel. The team cannot hire an organizer who has not seen the world.
- You are annoyed by spreadsheets, estimates, and presentations. This set of tools is involved in every project. If you don't enjoy this, you won't last long.
What you will do:
- Search, brainstorm, assemble, and manage private trips from the initial client brief to ideas and solutions, as well as provide remote support to guests during their trip.
- Create group trip programs from scratch and personally lead them.
- Compile presentations and spreadsheets; you need to enjoy this.
- Organize client calls and collaborate with other organizers.
Candidate Expectations:
- At least 1 year of experience in events/organization of any kind or in customer service. The team includes self-taught organizers, producers, former camp counselors, and event managers.
- Experience in compiling project estimates and presentations.
- Love for people. Without this, engaging in this work is prohibited.
- Systemic thinking, responsibility, empathy, willingness to learn, strong communication skills.
- Alignment with Shcha's values and worldview regarding beauty and the world. You won't need to be explained what a good hotel and good service are.
- Ability to react quickly and work in a multitasking environment.
- Extensive travel experience and curiosity.
- Creativity. The team solves problems in new ways each time; this is a very important point.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time, 5/2, no concurrent projects, remote work with travel.
- Salary depends on profit, which you will influence through your work and achievement of targets: from 50,000 to 100,000 rubles.
- Paid business trips within Russia and/or the world.
- Probationary period: 1 month.
- Flexible work schedule: online from 9–11 AM to 6–8 PM Moscow time.
- Ability to influence processes and propose ideas.
To Apply:
- Fill out the questionnaire and complete 2 creative tasks within it.
- Applications are accepted until August 16th.
- If you do not receive a response by August 21st, it means we are not a good fit for each other.
