What is required:
- advise clients on mass and individual vacation destinations (phone, online, office);
- work with the client database;
- select, book tours/cruises and accompany the client;
- issue air tickets, insurance policies, visas, gift certificates;
- constantly improve professional knowledge of the tourism market (undergo training);
- comply with corporate standards;
- work with application programs (CRM, messengers);
- look neat and adhere to business dress code;
- be emotionally positive and disciplined.
