The Delovie Linii group of companies, one of the leaders in intercity cargo transportation, invites candidates for the position of Lead Event Manager.
Your responsibilities:
- Development of an annual plan for internal corporate events aimed at strengthening corporate culture and increasing employee engagement
- Development of creative concepts, content plans, mechanics, and scenarios for events of various formats (corporate holidays, team building, conferences, online/hybrid formats)
- Management of the full cycle of preparation and execution of internal events ("turnkey")
- Organization and control of speaker preparation for event participation
- Forecasting and risk minimization during event execution
- Logistics coordination, including sending souvenirs to employees
- Participation in the formation of the annual budget for the department and monthly monitoring of actual expenses (prevention of overspending)
- Search for external contractors, conducting procurement procedures, drawing up technical specifications
- Managing relationships with agencies and evaluating partnership effectiveness
- Maintaining and developing a database of trusted contractors
- Monitoring deadlines and quality of services provided (compliance with brand book standards and contract terms)
- Building effective interaction with internal departments (HR, Marketing, PR, Finance, regional representative offices)
- Maintaining project documentation and the full cycle of project workflow
- Analysis of the effectiveness of held events: collecting feedback from participants/speakers
- Preparation of presentations, analytical, and statistical reports for management

- Experience in organizing corporate events - from 3 years
- Practical experience in implementing online projects and hybrid formats
- Experience in developing and implementing gamification mechanics
- Confident command of PowerPoint: creating presentations of concepts and analytical reports
- Systems thinking and attention to detail
- Developed communication skills for interaction with internal departments
- Ability to work in multitasking mode and meet deadlines
- Proactivity in forecasting and risk minimization
