Sap Kamchatka is looking for a Trekking Guide.
Sap Kamchatka has been organizing excursions in Kamchatka for 12 years, continuously improving quality, fostering a warm atmosphere, paying maximum attention to safety, and continuing to grow and develop. In winter, we organize tours in Asia.
You will walk along volcanoes, hot springs, geysers, and mountain ranges, discover new places by treading the land of bears, and give tourists incredible experiences.
Requirements:
- Diploma of professional retraining for the profession of trekking or mountain tourism guide
- Work experience in the mountains with groups is mandatory
- First aid course completion certificate will be an advantage
- Certification passed will be a plus
- Love for travel, nature, and people
- Willingness to take responsibility for tourists' lives
- High communication skills
- Polished self-discipline and self-control
- Stress resistance and endurance
- Leadership qualities, ability to lead people
- Ability to find solutions in any situation
- Diligence, responsible approach to work

- Fluent Russian speech (knowledge of English is welcome)

Responsibilities:
- Accompanying, instructing, and training tourists on the route
- Ensuring tourist safety on the route
- Creating a friendly, cozy atmosphere on the route
- Consulting tourists on all routes, equipment, and gear
- Colorful narration of excursion material about Kamchatka's history and route attractions
- Taking photos and videos on the route
- Maintaining cleanliness at the workplace
- Maintaining a charged atmosphere in the team
- Conducting general cleaning and equipment inventory
- Assembling/disassembling the base before and after the season

- Salary from 150,000 to 250,000 per month, paid twice a month, piece-rate payment for each conducted excursion
- The company office is located on the shore of Avacha Bay in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. The windows offer a magnificent view of the water, sunset, and Vilyuchinsky volcano. But your office is the mountains, volcanoes, fumarole fields, and hot springs of Kamchatka
- Flexible work schedule, depending on the number of excursions, discussed individually. During peak season, the schedule is non-standard; you need to be emotionally and physically prepared for serious loads
- Employment format is discussed individually
- The applicant independently seeks accommodation; it is possible to team up with colleagues. After the end of the season (or by agreed cooperation terms), accommodation expenses are partially reimbursed.
- After successfully completing the season, the flight Moscow-Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky-Moscow is paid in the amount of 30,000 rubles.
