Middle / Middle+ Business Development Manager
Web Design Sun | Remote We are a fully remote IT agency (founded in 2012, ~60 people) with an AI-forward approach. We are looking for a proactive Strong Middle BDM (Closer & Hunter) to join our expanding team! 🚀
Responsibilities: — Drive the Pre-sale Process: Manage the full sales cycle from the first intro call/warm lead to contract signing (Short-term Project Delivery & Long-term Tech Partnerships). — Lead Generation Synergy: Work closely with the Lead Gen team to direct LinkedIn/Upwork prospecting; you won't just wait for leads, you will actively guide the strategy. — Client Qualification: Gather requirements efficiently without overloading clients with long questionnaires, and offer flexible solutions even when estimates exceed the initial budget. — Cross-team Coordination: Collaborate with BA, Design, and Tech teams to prepare initial/final estimates and smoothly hand over won projects to the PM. — Strategic Sales Focus: Sell Web Applications (React, Node, Python), AI/ML projects, and 6+ month Team Extension (Outstaff) contracts. — AI Integration: Actively apply AI tools in your daily workflows to speed up processes, analyze requirements, and draft proposals. — Global Communication: Maintain fast, proactive communication with international clients, adapting to US, Canadian, and European time zones.
Requirements: — 2+ years of experience in IT Business Development with a strong focus on closing deals. — Mandatory Lead Generation Experience: 2+ years of direct, hands-on LinkedIn lead generation experience — Mandatory Sales Experience: Proven track record of selling Web App project outsourcing and long-term contracts. — LinkedIn Expertise: 2+ years of hands-on LinkedIn lead generation or its coordination (must be within the last 2 years). — Experience managing multiple presale processes in parallel and handling difficult client negotiations. — Practical, hands-on experience using AI tools to optimize your sales efficiency (this is a strict requirement). — You are a leader who pushes the team, plans ahead, and doesn't just wait for a "ready-made brief." — — Flawless spoken and written communication is our key filter. — outside Russia & Belarus
Big Plus: — Experience selling projects with paid Discovery phases. — Experience selling AI/ML projects (NLP, Computer Vision, etc.). — Experience selling Team Extension / Outstaff contracts. — Ability to dive into technical discussions regarding React, Node.js, Python, or Flutter.
