We are looking for a specialist who knows how to build trusting relationships with VIP players, work on retention, and find a personal approach to each client.

✨ Key Responsibilities:

servicing a portfolio of VIP players;

player retention and reactivation;

analysis of activity, deposits, and churn risk;

preparation of personalized offers;

development of long-term relationships and increasing loyalty;

interaction with CRM, Support, and Product teams;

monitoring KPIs and preparing reports.

🔎 What's important:

experience working with a VIP audience in iGaming / betting;

understanding of retention and player lifecycle;

Polish language from B2.

💻 Format: remote, 5/2 💰 Salary: discussed individually
