Working with VIPs: personalized offers, building long-term relationships. KPIs: deposits, bets, ARPU, churn risk. Player behavior analysis: segmentation and targeting based on data. Tools: CRM, basic Excel/Google Sheets. Schedule: readiness for a flexible mode during major events (tournaments, sports, campaigns). Polish language - B2+. English language - B1.
