Together with us, you will:

• Organize the work of an IT team (up to 12 employees), including hiring and motivating staff;
• Organize and control the development of new functionality, including processes for gathering requirements, development, testing, and implementation of functionality;
• Work with the team's backlog, jointly with the VP of the team, include tasks in the backlog of related teams, prioritize and justify the need for task implementation;
• Design flexible, scalable, high-load IT solutions based on a microservice architecture;
• Formulate development standards.

What knowledge and skills are important to us:

• Experience managing a development team - from 1.5 years;
• Readiness to make decisions and take responsibility;
• Practical experience in developing microservices;
• Experience in designing high-load systems;
• Experience working with Agile practices or in Agile teams, including work with Jira and Confluence tools;
• Communication skills, ability to find common ground with both business customers and developers and related departments.

Will be a plus:

• Knowledge of Java 11, Spring Framework technologies and experience in their application for developing large-scale distributed solutions;
• Knowledge of the core functionality of remote banking systems, as well as banking products and processes;
• Understanding of container platforms: Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift;
• Experience managing cross-functional teams.
