- Develop AI agents and agent systems;
- Improve the quality and reliability of agents: refine, debug, and implement new methods;
- Improve agent development processes and tools;
- Rapidly prototype using AI development tools.
requirements
- 5+ years of product development experience;
- Deep knowledge of Python, microservices, containers, K8s, REST, relational databases, Git, automated tests, and CI/CD;
- Experience in creating and launching AI agents, agent frameworks, multi-agent systems, function call tools, tracing, and evals;
- Experience in establishing AI development processes;
- High responsibility and independence;
- Excellent communication skills and results-orientation.
