Ozon is looking for a Head of Financial Monitoring Group.
Ozon is a marketplace that sells, among other things, jewelry, which creates obligations for the company in the field of AML/CFT in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 115-FZ.
The team is looking for a Head of Financial Monitoring Group who will take on the role of the responsible officer, ensure the proper functioning of the established internal control system, and become the internal center of expertise on financial monitoring issues. This position is for an expert with deep expertise in AML/CFT who is confident in navigating regulatory requirements and independently makes decisions in non-standard situations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing the duties of the responsible officer under Federal Law No. 115-FZ: ensuring the company's activities comply with AML/CFT legislation.
- Interacting with Rosfinmonitoring: submitting reports on transactions subject to mandatory control and suspicious transactions, responding to regulator inquiries.
- Representing the company's interests during inspections and requests from regulatory authorities.
- Developing, updating, and implementing internal control rules (ICR) in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 115-FZ.
- Monitoring compliance with ICR within the company, preparing proposals for their improvement.
- Identifying transactions subject to mandatory control and suspicious transactions according to Rosfinmonitoring criteria.
- Consulting business units on AML/CFT matters: assessing new products, processes, and partnerships from a compliance risk perspective.
Requirements:
- Higher legal education.
- Experience in AML/CFT – from 5 years, including experience performing the functions of a responsible officer under Federal Law No. 115-FZ.
- Deep knowledge of Federal Law No. 115-FZ, Rosfinmonitoring regulations, and related legislation.
- Consulting and dialogue building skills with business.
- Proficient in Excel for working with analytical data.
- Experience in jewelry, e-commerce, fintech, or payment services will be an advantage.
- Experience in process automation.
