VIP Players Manager | Casino & Sportsbook

We are looking for a VIP Players Manager to lead our VIP department, develop effective strategies for high-value players and improve key metrics such as retention, loyalty and overall VIP performance.

🎯Responsibilities

— Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIP players — Manage and grow the VIP player database across current markets — Provide a high level of service to increase player satisfaction and retention — Monitor player activity and create personalized offers based on player preferences — Provide direct communication and support to VIP players 24/7 — Collaborate with Marketing, Retention and Customer Support teams — Analyze VIP player activity and prepare reports

🔎Requirements

— **3+ years of experience as a VIP Manager in online Casino / Sportsbook — Experience working with Tier-1 players: Canada, Germany, Australia, Austria, Italy, Norway, etc. — English — C1+, Ukrainian/Russian native **— Strong communication and negotiation skills — Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment — Experience with CRM systems and analytical tools is a plus
