SkyСoach is a large service for in-game services that helps with the development of WoW, Destiny 2, Call of Duty, FIFA, Genshin Impact, and dozens of other popular games. Our mission is to give every gamer the opportunity to get the most out of the game by helping them play the way they want. We connect professional players and buyers of in-game services, helping to improve skills, save time, and reach new heights in games by transferring some of the gaming tasks to our pro players.
We are looking for a CTO / Engineering Leader - a hands-on technical leader who will lead the technological transformation: accelerate delivery, implement AI-native approaches in development, modernize the legacy system, and maintain product stability. We are looking for a strong engineering leader, not a process manager, who deeply understands architecture, code, and production, can make informed decisions, and be a technical authority for the team.
Stack: Laravel (PHP), Vue 2\3 (javascript + typescript), NodeJS (ssr + websocket), Postgresql, Redis, Elasticsearch. Mobile team - Kotlin, Swift

- A practical user of AI tools, understanding how AI actually accelerates development, not just helps write individual code snippets.
- Capable of seeing project tasks and priorities in the context of the company's strategic goals at the C-level.
- A strong communicator, able to explain technical trade-offs to the team, product, and business.
- Proactive and self-driven, ready to work flexibly in conditions of uncertainty and multitasking, constantly developing professionally.
Bonus points:
- Experience in highload, marketplace, gaming, e-commerce, or SaaS products.
- Gaming experience or interest in games.
- Practical experience with production incidents, servers, and fault tolerance.
