🚀 DreamVR studio is looking for a Product Manager to take charge of product development: audience selection, demand validation, prioritization, growth, and economics.
✅ Responsibilities:
- Find demand. Research users and the market, select promising segments, validate needs through interviews and actual user actions.
- Formulate the offering. Define product value, positioning, key scenarios, and monetization model.
- Set priorities. Decide where to direct the team's efforts based on expected impact, costs, and risks.
- Test hypotheses. Launch experiments, define success criteria in advance. Based on the results, develop, change, or close the direction.
- Improve growth and economics. Work with acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue. Identify growth limitations and evaluate the impact of changes.
- Use AI as the primary work tool. Conduct research, analyze data, assemble prototypes, and automate regular work using agents. Verify sources and conclusions.
