A strategic division operating at the intersection of consulting, fundraising, and building partnership networks for Tier-1 projects in Web3, Fintech, and AI. We are the bridge between founders and the world's largest venture capital funds.

⚡️Responsibilities: • Project Management (70%): Control the movement of deals through the funnel. Schedule intro calls, track deadlines, update the CRM, and maintain reporting for each client; • Account Management (20%): Stay in touch with founders and partners, promptly answer questions, and prepare follow-ups after meetings; • Events & Networking (10%): Participate in closed meetings and events, assist with networking and closing contacts on-site; • Support: Assist with the preparation of presentations, teasers, and basic information gathering on funds/projects.

⚡️What we expect from you: • Education: Graduate or 4th-5th-year student of a top university (Economics, Management, Finance, MGIMO/HSE/MSU or foreign equivalents); • English C1 (Advanced): You must be able to write business emails fluently and understand the nuances of communicating with Western funds; • Soft Skills: The highest level of self-organization. You are the person who has everything organized in their calendar and tasks don't get lost; • Interest in Web3: You understand the difference between VC and Angel, you know what investment rounds are (or are ready to learn in 2 days); • Ambition: You want to grow from Junior to a full Investment Associate or Head of Partnerships within a year.
