XD STUDIO is a creative agency that creates 2D art, animation, and visual strategies for web3 brands. We work with crypto giants and fast-growing startups.

What you will do:

– Manage projects from start to finish: setting tasks, controlling deadlines, quality, and results – Independently build team workflows (designers, artists, animators) – Manage all tasks and their statuses in one place, maintaining transparency and order – Work with the client card: record agreements, context, expectations, project statuses – Communicate with clients, including in English (chats and calls as needed) – Be a single point of contact between the client and the team – Monitor deadlines and meet them without reminders – Manage client expectations and deliver projects to a 10/10 satisfaction level (NPS) – Work on client retention and extending cooperation for the next month

What is important to us:

– Strong experience as a project manager (preferably in creative / digital / web3) – Ability to manage projects independently, systematically, and proactively – High level of responsibility and attention to detail – Excellent communication skills – Confident English for communicating with clients (written and spoken) – Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain quality
