Tasks

• Advising clients on:
• the requirements of the Skolkovo Fund's regulations ("Project Rules");
• tax issues, including drafting opinions;
• Reviewing contracts for risks of losing Skolkovo resident status and their adjustment to reduce risks.
• we will teach you in the process.

Candidate Requirements

• Work experience - from 2-3 years;
• Excellent theoretical and practical knowledge of tax and civil law;
• Experience in consulting / law firms is desirable;
• Attention to detail;
• Work capacity;
• Ability to meet agreed deadlines.

Conditions

• Employment according to the Labor Code, full working day;
