Media Service Agency as part of a large communication group is looking for a General Director.
An autonomous business unit (~40 people) within a well-known brand. Focus on accounting and production. Support functions (finance, legal support, HR, etc.) are centralized at the group level. The agency has an operational director who handles operational efficiency and some management tasks.
Large-scale federal projects.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Strategic development of the agency and increasing its market share
- Management of key client portfolio: strategic accounting, upsell, long-term partnerships
- Development of product expertise: marketing tools, industry solutions, innovations in media planning
- Team management with a focus on results, not administration
- Public speaking, representing the agency at events
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in agency business at the CEO, CEO-1 level
- Deep expertise in AdTech and marketing tools in general, as well as client service
- Experience managing an agency team of 20–60 people
- Strategic thinking + willingness to delve into product details
- Skill in negotiating with top business executives
- Understanding of the real estate and development segment is desirable, but not mandatory
- Willingness for frequent business trips within the Russian Federation and CIS
