Leader of Family Experience at Dodo
For 15 years, we at Dodo Brands have been creating and developing tech-driven fast-food brands through franchising. You definitely know Dodo Pizza, and we also develop Drinkit coffee shops.
And we are always looking for caring people — enthusiastic professionals who care about what they do. Those who act boldly, support the team, and are open to new ideas to create cool solutions together and make the customer experience better.
We want Dodo Pizza to be a place where families come not only for delicious food but also for quality time spent together. A place where a child feels like a welcome guest, parents can relax, and shared experiences turn into warm memories.
To achieve this, we are looking for a leader of family experience — a person who will shape the family experience at Dodo Pizza, creating solutions, services, and projects that will make families choose us again and again.
We need someone who can look at the family experience as a whole: understand the needs of parents and children, know the specifics of child behavior and psychology, identify development opportunities, unite teams around a common idea, and turn hypotheses into solutions that work throughout the entire network.
This role combines strategic thinking, project management, research, understanding of human behavior psychology, and a desire to create the best family experience.
You will not just be launching new initiatives — you will be shaping the family experience direction for thousands of pizzerias, influencing how millions of families interact with the Dodo Pizza brand.
What you will do:
- Develop family experience: create and improve the experience of families with children at all touchpoints with Dodo: in the restaurant, for delivery, in the mobile app.
- Create new products and services: research the behavior, motivation, and needs of parents and children of different ages, find best practices, and create services that make the family experience comfortable and memorable.
- Find balance and create solutions that simultaneously create value for the child and parents, improve customer experience, remain operationally convenient, as well as effective for the business and scalable for the entire network.
- Lead cross-functional projects: unite marketing, product, architecture, training, design teams, and franchisee partners to implement changes.
- Test ideas and scale successful solutions: launch tests, analyze results, prepare standards, support the implementation of changes throughout the network, and share best practices.
- Work with data and research: make decisions based on research, guest feedback, and data, evaluating the impact of each project on customer experience and business.
What we expect from you:
- At least 2 years of project management experience in customer experience.
- Experience with customer experience, service development, marketing, product, or the family segment will be an advantage.
- Understanding of human behavior psychology and the specifics of families with children, as well as the age-specific needs of children and how family expectations change as a child grows.
- Confident work with analytics.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to unite and inspire teams.
- Independence and the ability to bring projects to completion.
- High level of empathy, sensitivity to people, and a sincere desire to create a wow experience for children and parents.
- Initiative: the ability to see opportunities and propose viable solutions.
- Ability to turn creative and service ideas into understandable processes and scalable solutions.
- Flexibility, multitasking, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
We are ready to offer you:
- Work in a global company with ambitious goals and large-scale tasks.
- A culture of freedom and responsibility. We value those who are ready to make decisions and take responsibility for them.
- Transparent conditions. Competitive salary, opportunities for growth and development.
- Hybrid work format from Moscow, office near Avtozavodskaya metro station.
- Paid training. Courses, conferences, professional literature, and co-financing of English language learning at Skyeng.
- Employee care. Voluntary medical insurance from day one, including dentistry, and mental health support through Alter.
