Head of Operational Marketing at Dodo Pizza (Dodo Brands)
Dodo Pizza (Dodo Brands) is looking for a Leader to manage marketing in Russia and Central Asia.
This is a key position responsible for brand growth strategy, development of local initiatives, and effective interaction with franchisees and local teams in the market.
For 15 years, Dodo Brands has been creating and developing tech-focused franchised fast-food brands. You surely know Dodo Pizza, and they also develop Drinkit coffee shops.
Questions you will address:
- How to grow sales for delivery and in-restaurant?
- How to build effective interaction with local marketing and franchisee partners?
- How to implement changes in the network quickly and with high quality?
- How to balance federal priorities and local opportunities?
What you will be doing:
- Operational support and integration of federal initiatives in local markets in Russia, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan.
- Development of initiatives and projects to increase sales in Dodo restaurants and for delivery.
- Matrix leadership of the marketing team in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan: localization of initiatives, strategy mentoring.
- Interaction with local marketers: building partnerships, supporting campaign launches and scaling, creating tools and processes for effective local marketing.
- Cross-functional interaction with brand, product, media, and business development teams.
- Participation in change implementation, control of trade marketing stages, and improvement of customer service quality.
