We are an international financial company. We are looking for an HR Department Head who can manage the HR team, build processes, and ensure hiring plans are met.
This is a position for a manager who is ready to work at a high pace, make quick decisions, and independently get involved in tasks when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the team of recruiters, HR, and People Partners.
- Organize mass recruitment.
- Build and develop the HR Department team.
- Monitor the execution of hiring plans.
- Work with HR analytics: recruitment funnels, conversions, time-to-hire, turnover, and reasons for leaving.
- Build processes for employee onboarding, retention, and development.
- Collaborate with department heads and promptly meet their staffing needs.
- Independently handle administrative recruitment and fill office vacancies of various levels.
- Personally engage in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and assessment when necessary.
- Improve and automate HR processes.
