Merchant support • Processing disputes and disputed transactions • Prompt processing of merchant requests (chats, tickets, email) • SLA Control: Tracking problem resolution times and informing clients • Detailed analysis of payment statuses and their correctness • Communication with providers • Bug collection: Recording technical errors based on client feedback and transferring them to the tech department.
Integration & tech (merchant) - Merchant Specialist • Technical onboarding (API documentation) • Integration support (API, webhooks, statuses) • Maintaining documentation (FAQ) up-to-date • Problem diagnostics (logs, requests) • Interaction with development • Assisting clients with integration setup • Control of status and flow correctness
