We are looking for a Technical Manager for an international crypto payment product to work with B2B merchants. This is not just support — it's a role at the intersection of integrations, payment logic, and real client interaction. Format: remote (Europe), full-time
🎯 What you will do: — Support merchants after onboarding — Assist with API integrations and payment process setup — Understand deposits, withdrawals, and transaction logic — Collaborate with tech/product/compliance teams — Participate in resolving technical incidents
📌 What is important: — Experience with crypto payments or blockchain networks (TRON, ETH, BTC) — Understanding of conversion flows, crypto/fiat exchange rates, and operational risks — Experience in payments / PSP / fintech for 2+ years — Practical experience with API integrations — Russian + English B2+ — Willingness to work within the GMT+1 time zone
Will be a plus: — Experience in iGaming or Forex
