Company: NDA Format: Remote, full-time Candidate Location: Outside the Russian Federation
We are an international Web3 project and one of the top 3 crypto exchanger aggregators worldwide. Our service combines offers from reliable partners, supports thousands of popular tokens, and finds the best market rates for users.
Responsibilities: • Conduct written communication with users and partners in business English (correspondence only, no calls); • Respond to reviews and requests, ensuring a high level of service; • Promptly relay important information to the team and clients.
What we expect from the candidate: • English, not lower than B2 level (written); • Skills in polite and professional business correspondence; • Attention to detail and responsibility; • Ability to remain calm in correspondence and handle objections correctly; • Remote work from anywhere in the world, except for the territory of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus.
Will be a plus: • Experience as a Support Manager for 1 year or more (we are ready to consider candidates without experience); • Understanding of the cryptocurrency and Web3 market; • Experience with Freshchat, Zendesk, Slack, and Telegram.
What we offer: • Remote work format, schedule 2/2 from 00:00 to 09:00 (MSK); • Paid internship — 2 weeks; • Payments twice a month + bonus system; • 14 calendar days of vacation.
Stages: • Screening interview with a recruiter and team lead; • Test assignment.
