What you’ll do: • Provide 24/7 merchant support via email, chat, and internal systems • Handle payment issues, technical questions, disputes & chargebacks • Escalate complex cases to internal teams (Tech, Risk, Compliance, Finance) • Monitor payment activity and identify potential issues • Maintain clear and professional communication with merchants Requirements: • 1+ year experience in support / customer service (payments, fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS preferred) • English + Russian fluency (written and spoken) • Understanding of online payment systems • Strong problem-solving and communication skills 🌍 Remote work 💰 Competitive salary – 800 eur net (review every 3 months) 📈 Growing international payments company 🤝 Dynamic and supportive team 📩 Send your CV in DM
